UN 3314 Plastics moulding compound はNOTOCに記載する必要はありますか? また、Cargo IMP codeはRMDでしょうか、RSBでしょうか? DGR 7.3.18 Class 9 Miscellaneous Dangerous Goods のFigure 7.3.Wの脚注に Cargo IMP Code; RMD or ICE, RLI, RLM, RSB (polymeric beads and plastics moulding compound subject to Packing Instruction 957), as applicable. とありますが、どう言う意味でしょうか? UN 3314 Plastics moulding compound Class 9 PG III (PI 957) はNOTOCに記載し機長にその搭載を知らせなければなりません。NOTOCに記載が不要な危険物は DGR のTable 9.5.Aに列記されています。UN 3314はそのTableに載っていませんので、記載しなければなりません。Cargo IMP CodeはRSBを使用します。DGR 7.3.18 Figure 7.3.Wの脚注にあるCargo IMP Codeの説明は、『適宜 (as applicable)、RMD, ICE, RLI, RLMもしくはRSBを割り当てる。Polymeric beadsとPlastics moulding compoundの場合はRSBを使用し、PI 957が適用になる』と規定してあるのです。
